1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing time may be extended during holidays or special launches. Please allow extra time for deliveries during holiday seasons or promotional events, as carrier networks may experience high volume.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer both Standard and Express shipping methods. Please note that delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
• Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–9 business days
For remote U.S. regions — including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other outlying territories — delivery times may vary slightly. However, we will do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
•Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on your destination and local customs processing times.
Delivery times refer to the shipping duration after your order has been processed and dispatched — not from the time of purchase.
3. Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD. For orders under $100, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at the checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
All shipping rates are clearly displayed at checkout — no hidden fees. We value transparency and fairness in every step of the shopping experience.
We also occasionally run free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated.
4. Order Tracking& Shipping Status
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey. If the status shows “Label Created,” please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.
If your package is marked as “Returned to Sender” due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you’d prefer a reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund.

5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver your package as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier service disruptions, severe weather conditions, customs processing for international orders, or peak seasonal demand.

6. International Shipping
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your region or have questions about customs/duties, email us at support@daretomystic.com.
Shipping Restrictions:
While we aim to serve customers around the world, we may be unable to ship to certain countries due to carrier limitations or local import regulations. If your location is unavailable at checkout, please contact us directly for alternative options.
7. Shipping Address Tips
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or returned packages. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
8. Delivery Responsibility
Once your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully completed. While we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, we’ll do our best to support you — please reach out if you need help. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If you experience issues, we recommend checking with your local carrier or neighbors, and feel free to contact us for support.
