1. Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • Product condition: The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.  Items that show signs of wear, damage, or scents (e.g., perfume, smoke) are not eligible.
  • Proof of purchase: A valid order number or receipt must be provided.

 Not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., engraved pieces)
  • Final sale items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

2. How to start a return – Return & Refund Policy Guide

To request a return, please email support@daretomystic.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, clear photos or a video showing the item’s condition, and a brief reason for the return.

Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days with further instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.

3. Return Instructions & Shipping

Once your return request is approved, you will receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code
  • The designated return address.

To ensure a smooth and successful return process, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Prepare Your Return Package

  1. Carefully repackage the item in its original box (if available) or a secure, padded container to prevent damage during transit
  2. Ensure all original tags, pouches, and packaging are included

Step 2: Choose a Trackable Shipping Method

  1. We recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  2. You are responsible for the return shipping until it reaches us, so we strongly suggest retaining your tracking number

Important: Clearly write your RMA code on the outside of the package. Returns sent without an RMA may be delayed or rejected.

Step 3: Return Shipping Fee

  1. To support sustainable logistics and keep our prices fair: A flat $8 USD return processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and restocking

Note: If your return is due to receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (as confirmed by our team), we will fully cover your return shipping cost.

4. Inspection & Refund Timeline

Upon receiving the returned item, we will complete an inspection within 5 business days. If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • The refund will include the product price and applicable taxes (if any)
  • The $8 return shipping fee is non-refundable.

If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will notify you by email. The item may be returned to you upon request, with shipping at your expense.

5. Complimentary Returns for Exceptions

In the rare event that:

  • You receive a defective or damaged item (must be reported within 3 days of delivery), or
  • You receive the wrong item due to our error,

we will fully cover the return shipping cost.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

We regret that we cannot accept returns in the following scenarios:

  1. The product is worn, has scents, or is damaged (not caused by shipping)
  2. Damage is due to improper care (e.g., water, sweat, or chemicals)
  3. The return request is made after 14 calendar days of delivery
  4. A valid tracking number is not provided for returned packages

7. Refund Timeline (Payment Method)

Once your refund is processed, the time it takes to appear in your account may vary by payment method:

  1. Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express): 3–10 business days
  2. PayPal: 3–10 business days
  3. Apple Pay & Shop Pay: 2–5 business days
