4.3 Shipping Fees & Promotions

We offer free standard U.S. shipping on all orders over $100 USD.
Orders below $100 or international shipments will incur a shipping fee based on destination and service selected at checkout.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed before payment—we do not charge hidden fees.

4.4 Tracking & Shipment Status

5. Returns & Refunds

If approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where and how to return your package. Unapproved returns or returns sent without an RMA may be delayed or refused.

5.4 Return Shipping & Fee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (see Section 5.6).
A flat $8 USD return processing fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover inspection, restocking, and administrative costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS). Please retain your tracking number as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5.5 Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive your return, we will complete an inspection within 5 business days.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
The refund will cover the product cost and applicable sales tax (if any), but will not include original shipping fees or the $8 return fee, unless otherwise stated.

5.6 Complimentary Returns for Exceptions

You receive an item that is defective or damaged in transit (must be reported within 3 days of delivery), or
